Clean Eating & Drop a Pant Size


Its a New Year and many of us have made our New Years Resolutions. Some of us have been successful and some of us have not. We may have gotten a little distracted. It's time to help those in need find their way again. I'm going to offer a 10 day free clean eating group because I know that nutrition is the area that I struggled with in the past.  

My life was transformed by clean eating. The principles that it taught me, i have practiced successfully for 1.5 years now. This is a lifestyle change and not another "diet".


The first few weeks were not easy, I had to change my way of thinking about food, some of the foods I ate & how often I ate.  I found early on with the help of my challenge group that there were many modifications that I could implement into my cooking that proved successful. It took a little time to get used to the changes but I was determined to stop feeling like garbage, get off my medication and feel better. 

If you are serious about learning how to eat clean get the book:  "EAT CLEAN RECHARGED" by Tosca Reno.  It completely changed the way I looked at food!



I want to help you NOW - I am going to give you a 10 day meal plan, daily accountability, motivation and support & motivation. I want you to finally found that plan that is going to work for you.

Beast Meatloaf

Dinner is Served !! 

My kinda Meal -- Quick, Easy, Healthy Meals! 



Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs of lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup all natural mild salsa
  • 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs (Ezekiel bread)
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh chopped parsley 
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Combine turkey, salsa, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper in large bowl.  Press mixture into 9x15 inche loaf pan, or form into shape of a loaf and place on ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking pan.  Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until center is no longer pink and meat is cooked through.  Let stand 10 minutes before serving.  Cut into 8 slices and serve garnished with parsley.

Pair with sweet potato and steamed green beans for a complete meal.
