The Dream Team is NOT just any team...We're a FAMILY, We work TOGETHER, We train together and we grow from each others strengths! I’m not a fitness expert or professional trainer but these program and products have helped me CHANGE MY LIFE!! And I am PASSIONATE about sharing them with others! HOW COULD I NOT?!?! I help people…I CHANGE LIVES…like mine…like YOURS…We are THE DREAM TEAM...TOGETHER we are BETTER! Together we are UNSTOPPABLE!! Join our team…Join our FAMILY! 







The Dream TEAM is a group of motivated individuals who provide support, motivation and encouragement to people on a daily basis to help them achieve the health and fitness goals.  I  provide free coaching advice and support to people who are enrolled as my customer or coach with a free Team Beachbody account.  As a coach my job is to help you set realistic health and fitness goals.  Then, together we create an action plan.  I never focus on the big picture, instead we break it down into manageable smaller chunks.  We work to overcome things like emotional connections to food, traveling, meal planning, healthy snacks, and just plain motivation.  Everything that we need to be successful is right here. I really love running challenge groups.  They are truly my passion.  Challenge groups have been the best way for me to get to know my customers and to help them on a daily basis.  A challenge group is all done through facebook.  Each participant purchases a Beachbody fitness program and commits to drinking Shakeology for at least one meal a day.  In return I will help you with meal planning, grocery shopping, planning and staying on track. The small group environment really works!

WHAT KINDS OF HELP AND SUPPORT WILL I RECEIVE?
 Once you become a coach on the Dream Team you will be added to our closed facebook team page.  There you will receive updates, information, tips and tools to help you grow your business.  This is your place to check in each day and get answers to your questions. You also will be given the option to be a part of my coach apprenticeship program.  This is a 60 day group that teaches you everything you need to know about running a challenge group, how to find people to invite, how to get them started, what program to choose for them, and how to run a successful challenge group.  You will be given all the tools that helped me to be successful so that you do not have to re-invent the wheel.  You will be given my 90 day challenge group structure, 30 day Shakeology and Clean Eating Group information, along with other valuable business building tools.  You will not have to figure it out on your own.  You do not run your first challenge group by yourself.  Instead you are an apprentice coach in your first group.  I run the challenge but you get to invite 3-5 customers into the group!


WILL I HAVE TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS FOR RESALE?
Unlike marketing programs that require you to buy a lot of products in order to participate, the Coach Opportunity has no inventory requirements. If you do want to purchase products for your own use or resale, you’ll get them at a significant discount. Watermelon Jello Shots

Watermelon Jell-O Shots


Recipe by Christine Byrne
Makes about 30 wedge shots
Ingredients
1 12–16 pound watermelon
4 cups vodka
4 3-ounce boxes red Jell-O mix
2 1-ounce boxes unflavored gelatin
Preparation
1. Using a large chef’s knife, cut the watermelon into two equal halves, lengthwise.
2. Use your knife to slice all the way around the perimeter of the watermelon flesh, about an inch from the rind. Be careful not to pierce through the skin, as this will lead to your Jell-O leaking out. Then use a kitchen spoon to scrape out the rest and create a smooth bowl with roughly 1/2-inch red watermelon flesh left on the rind.
3. Line two small, rimmed baking sheets with paper towels in a way that creates a bed for your watermelon bowls. The idea is to create enough support to keep the watermelon bowls from rolling at all while they’re in the fridge. Put one bowl in the center of each tray and set aside.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jell-O mix and the unflavored gelatin. Add 4 cups of boiling water and whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add the vodka all at once and whisk just to combine.
5. Pour the Jell-O mixture into the watermelon bowls, dividing evenly. Carefully place the Jell-O filled watermelon bowls in the fridge, and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
6. When Jell-O is set, cut each half into 1-inch slices, crosswise, then cut each slice into 2–3 wedges, and serve.

Amazing Salsa Chicken


Life for me is super busy especially in the summer with all the kids activities and sports ! I am always looking for EASY Healthy recipes. Who doesn't love a good crock pot meal that is all ready to go when you walk in the door.. 


Salsa Chicken 


Ingredients:

  • 4-5 Chicken Breast ( You can do this from frozen) 
  • 1 container of fresh salsa
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 4-5 tsp Taco Seasoning


Instructions:
1. Place frozen chicken breast into the bottom of your crockpot
2. Drain and Rinse the Corn and Beans
3. Mix the Salsa, taco seasoning and the greek yogurt together
4. Add the Corn and Beans to the Salsa mixture
5. Pour over the top of the chicken




Put crockpot on Low

Serve over Brown Rice or No Yolk noodles optional.

Quick and Simple Way to Shuck Corn

Corn on the Cob is one of the best things about summer -- eating perfectly sweet ears right off the cob is a summer rite. But who likes to clean the corn. No matter what I do, I can't seem to get all the stringy silks off etc. Try out this method using the microwave that is so simple and effective, the ears basically slide out, husk- and silk-free!

What You Need
Ingredients
Sweet corn in it’s husk
Equipment
Oven Mitts
Cutting Board
Serrated Knife
Microwave

Instructions:
1.       DO NOT Peel off the outer leaves: Leave the ears of corn in their husks.
2.      Place in Microwave: Arrange 1 to 5 ears of corn, un-shucked, in the microwave. If you prefer, you can set them on a microwaveable plate or tray. If you need to cook more than 5 ears of corn, cook them in batches.

3.      Microwave each ear for 4 minutes: I had 5 ears of corn so I set the microwave for 20 minutes.
4.      Remove Corn : Remove the Corn with some oven mitts and place on a cooling rack

5.      Cut the Cork from the Husk: Cut the bottom of the corn with a serrated knife. Make the cut approx. 1 inch from the stem 



6.      Remove from the Husk: Hold the corn from the top of the Husk and squeeze and push down. Shake a little bit and the corn will slide out from the Husk silk free.

Texas Cavier


Texas Cavier

So this has to be one of my FAVORITE appetizers/dips to make to bring to a function !! It is super easy and with all the veggies and beans it is packed with protein , veggies and yummy goodness...If you are looking for a wonderful salsa style dish for your next function - try this one out !!



Ingredients:

  • 1 Can Black Beans (drained & rinsed)
  • 1 Can Black Eyed Peas (drained & rinsed)
  • 1 Can Corn (drained & rinsed)

  • 1 red pepper (diced)
  • 1 yellow pepper (diced)
  • 1 orange pepper (diced)
  • 1 cup celery (diced)
  • 1 jar pimentos (drained & rinsed)
  • 2 jalapenos - chopped --(optional for how hot you want it)
  • 3/4 Grapeseed Oil  (olive oil)
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey (it calls for sugar but I substitute)
  • lime
  • cilantro


Instructions:
Mix all the beans and veggies in a bowl.
Bring the oil, vinegar and sugar to a boil - let cool
Add the cooled liquid to the bean/veggie mix

Refrigerate overnight -- squeeze in fresh lime and cilantro to serve!!

Serve with Way Better Snack Chips !! (healthy tortilla chips )

Apple Pancake


Well I love taking recipes that I used to make and modify them to make them better for myself and my family. Here is one of our family favorites, ok well maybe it is really mine and Vaughn's favorite !!

21 Day Fix -- 1 Red, 1 Yellow, 1 Purple 








Original Recipe Transformed to Clean Recipe
10 eggs -> 2 eggs/8 egg whites
1 cup flour-> 1 cup oat flour (or whole wheat pastry flour)
1 cup milk -> 1 cup almond milk
4 Med Apples
2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 TBSP Flaxseed
1 Tsp Vanilla
Brown Sugar -> 1 TBSP Honey
4 TBSP Melted Butter – NONE




Mix the eggs, flour, milk, apples and a cinnamon. Drizzle the honey on top, sprinkle some additional cinnamon.
Bake at @400 for approx 20 mins

See how easy that was !!

Healthier Holiday Cocktails ! 

Let’s face it – it’s a holiday and many of us want to celebrate with a cocktail. However you don’t want to drink them all away in one day. Here are some healthier alternatives to try !


Fourth of July Shot
Delicately balancing the colors of our flag, this shot involves strategically pouring one layer of liquor over another, resulting in vibrant red, white and blue stripes.
Ingredients:
·         1/2 ounce of grenadine
·         1/2 ounce of vodka
·         1/2 ounce of blue curacao
Directions:
Note: Be sure to pour ingredients into a shot glass in the order they are listed, as they are arranged by weight.
1.   Begin by pouring the grenadine.
2.   Next, pour the vodka, which should float above the grenadine.
3.   Finally, pour the blue curacao, which should float above the vodka.  

The Yankee Doodle

This ice-blue cocktail combines berry vodka with the bite of sour mix, providing a refreshing and tangy Fourth of July treat.
Ingredients:
·         1 part blue raspberry-flavored vodka
·         2 parts sour
·         1 part tonic
 Directions:
1.   Combine ingredients in a glass tumbler.
2.   Serve over ice.

Pina Colada Cooler

Registered dietitian Carolyn O'Neil can't understand why a pina colada was ever paired with a bathing suit. "It is one of the most caloric drinks you can imagine consuming," she tells us. An 8-ounce pina colada can pack in 640 calories -- over 100 calories more than a Quarter Pounder with Cheese. O'Neill slimmed down this dangerously delicious drink for us -- phew! -- and the results are just as refreshing as the original.


1 1/2 ounces coconut-flavored rum 
3 ounces pineapple juice 
4 ounces sparkling water 
1 tablespoon of Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut Lite (found in the drink mixers section of many supermarkets)
Pour ingredients over ice and stir.

Blueberry Lemon Breeze

10 blueberries 
3/4 ounce light agave nectar, such as Wholesome Sweeteners, available at Whole Foods or other natural foods stores
1 1/2 ounces gin 
3/4 ounce lemon juice 
Splash of champagne (about 1 ounce)
In a shaker, muddle* together blueberries and agave. Add the gin and lemon juice, then shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain contents of shaker into a martini glass and then top with champagne. Garnish with 3 blueberries on a cocktail stick.

Mimosa Lite


2 ounces Minute Maid Light Orange Tangerine Juice
4 ounces champagne
Juice of 1/2 medium-size orange, or 1 to 2 ounces
Add several ice cubes to a tall glass. Squeeze the juice of the orange into the glass. Pour in orange tangerine juice, followed by champagne. Stir. Garnish with fresh orange rinds, curled.

Blended Raspberry Cocktail

Another sip tip: Using tall glasses (10 ounces and above) means you'll refill -- and fill up on calories -- less often.
1/2 cup ice or several ice cubes
8 ounces Minute Maid Light Raspberry Passion
1 1/2 ounces vodka
Combine ingredients in a blender. Garnish with several fresh raspberries.

Strawberry-Citrus Vodka Cocktail

2 strawberries 
1 sprig of mint 
3/4 ounce light agave nectar, such as Wholesome Sweeteners
1 3/4 ounces citrus vodka 
3/4 ounce lemon juice
In a shaker, muddle together mint and strawberries, then add the remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously with ice for 20 seconds. Pour entire contents of shaker into a tall glass. (Include all of the mint and strawberry pulp.)

Mojito Makeover

2 ounces light rum
1 ounce Splenda syrup, Da Vinci's Sugar Free Sweetener Syrup
1 ounce lime juice
7 mint leaves
Splash of club soda
In a shaker, muddle mint leaves and a lime wedge. Add ice and other ingredients and shake. Pour into tall glass and top with soda.

Choco-lite Cocktail

1 ounce Godiva chocolate liqueur 
1 ounce vodka
1/2 cup nonfat milk 
1 teaspoon Hershey's Syrup Lite (for lining rim of glass)
In a shaker, combine chocolate liqueur, vodka, and milk with crushed ice. Shake to mix. Pour into glass.

Grapefruit Basil Martini

2 basil leaves 
1 ounce grapefruit juice 
1 ounce Da Vinci's Sugar Free Sweetener Syrup
1 3/4 ounces gin 
Splash of sparkling wine
In a shaker, muddle basil and syrup. Add syrup and gin and shake hard with ice for 20 seconds. Strain ingredients into a martini glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
