Carmel Apple Shakeology
So who doesn't love going to the cider mill and getting one of those apples just sopping in carmel. They can be such a mess but Darn are they good to eat !! Well I can have the next best thing !! And I can have it for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack if I want !! Yes I went to the kitchen and made my modifications and came up with non other than a Carmel Apple Shakeolgy !! I will enjoy this one all fall !!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Shakeolgy
- 1 tsp Butterscoth pudding (powder)
- 1 tsp Carmel Extrace
- 8 oz water
- 4 oz almond milk
- Ice & Blend !
