I was following clean eating before I started this program and was doing quite well with it. The nutrition aspect of this plan really opened my eyes to some changes that I needed to make to help me get to the next level. The portion control containers, along with the food guide are truly simple and easy to follow. They have to be because I still follow the nutrition guide a year later !! The workouts are all 30 minutes and I loved the mix of cardio, weights, pilates, plyometrics that the program had to offer.

It is set up to get you seriously shredded in the shortest time possible. Again it combines simple portion control, a tightened up eating plan and new 30 minute workouts with advanced moves. Getting Results
